30 Minutes of Exercise a Day?

A month ago I was invited to participate in an exercise challenge called Abs for April.

Hey, who doesn't want abs in April?

All I had to do was complete 15 minutes of ab exercise, six days a week. I missed a few days, but here's what the challenge birthed in me: It made me intentional about working out. Soon it wasn't just about abs. I started to explore other types of activity. I learned about core exercises.

I even took a barre class! Plie anyone?

Soon I went from 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Then it was easy to do 25. Next stop? 30.

I challenge you to be intentional about getting 15 minutes of activity today and watch it take off from there. Oh and by the way, check out Beachbody on Demand. They have a two-week free trial going now. Google it and tell me what you think. I love it!
